Auto-responder Emails in Shared Hosting
If you need to configure an auto-responder message for a mailbox made in a shared hosting plan from our company, it will not take you more than a couple of clicks to do this. You can view a list of all email addresses which you have in your Emails part of the Hepsia Control Panel, which comes with all hosting accounts. For each of them, you'll see a tiny auto-responder button and all you should do will be to click on it, enter the content you want to use and save the change - it is as simple as that. Setting up an auto-responder for multiple e-mails and updating or deleting an active auto-responder is just as easy and can be done whenever you want. There'll be a different icon for any email address with an active auto-responder in the Emails section, so you will have the ability to keep a count effortlessly and change the status of the function at any moment if required.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you choose to host your domains in a semi-dedicated server account from us, you can add an auto-responder for any e-mail address you make through the Emails part of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All of the email addresses that you have will be available in alphabetical order in this section and for all of them you will notice a tiny "Auto-responder" icon. To enable the option, click the icon for a selected email, type in the content that you'll want people to get as the reply to their e-mails, then save the change. You will be able to modify or remove this text any time following the same steps. If you need to add in an auto-responder to a range of email addresses, you can pick them and add a message to every one of them at once - an option, which is found in Hepsia and that can save a lot of time.
